The Bleep Test (or Beep Test) is an extreme test of fitness used by professional athletes and is an entry requirement for most military/police/fire services around the world.
Now one of the most challenging fitness tests you can perform is available on your iPhone or iPod Touch.





The Bleep Test Application is currently available in three different versions.
The full featured Pro version complete with individual and team features now also supports a wide array of international testing standards with many more to be added in future updates. (See feature table below)
The standard version which has been optimised for individual fitness testing.
NEWLY RELEASED on the App Store is the new Treadmill version which simulates a bleep test for use in a gym, providing a fun and interesting alternative to your usual excercise programmes while helping to develop your speed work without the rapid turns of a real test.
¹ Requires a Twitter account and cellular or Wifi internet access at the time of posting the tweet. Twitter functionality is powered by the Awesome MGTwitterEngine by Matt Legend Gemmell.
² Requires an iPhone 3G or 3GS with GPS enabled. GPS coverage can vary and best results are obtained in places with good potential satellite coverage. Manually measuring the course is always preferred.
